1. Create an account
All you need is an email address and phone number. You can request a ride from your browser or from the Faras app. To download the app, go to the App Store or Google Play
2. Enter your destination
Open the app and enter where you’re going in the Where to? box. Tap to confirm your pickup location and tap Confirm again to be matched to a driver nearby.
3. Meet your driver
You can track their arrival on the map. When they’re a few minutes away, wait for them at your pickup location.
4. Check your ride
For your personal safety, be certain that you’re getting into the right car. Before hopping in, check the driver, car model, and license plate number against the information in the app. Once you’re in the car, have your driver confirm your name before they go.
5. Sit back and relax
When you arrive, payment is easy through the app. Choose to pay with the credit card saved to your account or a Faras Cash balance, if you have one.
6. Rate your trip
Let us know how your trip went. You can also give your driver a compliment

These are points a customer gains every time they use Faras Cab and complete a trip.

3. 3. Select Faras smile option.
4. 4. Select the available option to convert your mile to either : Data, Airtime , cash , Donate or Transfer.

The referral bonus can only be used within the app to either pay for a trip, buy data or airtime.

Faras App is the green one in the play store and App Store

For a client to get bundles they have to take a trip with the Faras app to be able to unlock the capability of the app to convert the miles to data bundles.

First ask the caller where they are, area, town or county. We are currently doing marketing in that area to get drivers and they will be able to get a cab when they request very soon

1. First you register with us as a captain.
2. Upon approval your details will be capture in our system.
3. The company will proceed to pay for your permit [county government permit].
4. The driver will call when the permits are ready and he/she will be required to appear in person with car and the valid vehicle documents [ logbook] for verification and the branding will be done.

We only provide you with a license if you are branded with Faras.

The discount don't affect the drivers earning as the company will cover the discount.

We are charging 15% .

The Faras Captain app

Our fares are not fixed as it changes from time to time during peak hours and traffic which usually affects a smooth movements of vehicle.

We do not provide cars unfortunately.

the captain can call customer care and get they will be able to assist him/her on the way forward .

We have clients all over nairobi area but currently our hotspots are Eastleigh South C, South B, CBD and Upper hill.
